We are a print studio, pop up shop and creative space. We mostly focus on custom screen printing and risograph printing, amongst other bespoke work. Our space hosts workshops and is also home to three artist studios.

KIN.DER is run by artists Lauren Riley and Richard Knox.

Lauren is a printmaker and designer, with a background in printed textile design, she designs prints and textiles for the home, inspired by nature and natural environments. Lauren explores design practices such as Biophilic design and colour psychology with the intention of creating positive emotional responses within the home and nurturing an appreciation with nature.

Born in West Yorkshire in 1980, Richard Knox is an artist, musician and print maker, living and working in Glossop.

His artistic practice focuses predominantly on abstract monoprinting, often using an instinctive, expressive mixed-media approach that leans on a gestural technique to create textured pieces that appear both stark and detailed in equal measures.

Richard’s work has also featured on numerous album sleeves and gig posters over the years. He founded the independent record label Gizeh Records in 2003 and has made music and toured extensively across Europe since then under many guises, including Glissando, A-Sun Amissa and Shield Patterns. Through the label, Richard has built relationships and networks with artists and musicians across the world and the label recently released its 100th record.
